TARELVA / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Tarelva handles information associated with this website and with inquiries about Tarelva's product-content services.

Effective

This page explains how Tarelva handles website and inquiry information in plain language. Project-specific confidentiality, source handling, rights, and responsibilities are agreed separately.

Information you may provide

The public inquiry form is designed to begin with a short brief or public product link. Information you choose to provide may include the following:

Required inquiry information

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Company.
  • Product or project description.

Optional inquiry information

  • Public product page.
  • Capability or service interest.
  • Target date.

What not to submit through the public form

Please do not submit confidential CAD or source files, passwords, authentication credentials, payment information, export-controlled material, or other sensitive technical or proprietary materials through the public inquiry form. If a project is a fit, a separate source-transfer process may be arranged later. See the Terms of Use for the same boundary in the context of project discussions.

How an inquiry is processed

When you submit an inquiry, Tarelva stores the inquiry and related operational records in Supabase. Tarelva uses Resend to send an internal notification to its business mailbox so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

The operational records may include a submission identifier, source page, request fingerprint, browser user-agent and referrer information, timestamps, and notification-delivery status. The application does not persist an IP address or IP hash with the inquiry. For abuse control, the active server process may temporarily retain a salted hash derived from request identity. Hosting and security infrastructure may separately process ordinary request information needed to operate and protect the website.

How information may be used

Tarelva uses inquiry information for limited operational purposes such as:

  • Responding to an inquiry.
  • Evaluating project and source fit.
  • Understanding requested services, views, or outputs.
  • Communicating about a prospective project.
  • Maintaining necessary operational or security records.
  • Protecting the website from abuse.
  • Meeting legal obligations where applicable.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Tarelva website does not currently include analytics, advertising, tag-manager, or behavioral-tracking integrations. The inquiry experience does not intentionally set browser cookies or use local storage for advertising or analytics.

Because no non-essential cookie or equivalent browser-storage use is currently present, the website does not show a consent banner. If that technical position changes, this policy and any consent controls will be reviewed before that change is introduced.

The website does not currently provide public customer accounts or process payments.

How information may be shared

Supabase processes inquiry records for Tarelva, and Resend processes the internal notification used to deliver an inquiry to Tarelva's business mailbox. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Tarelva does not sell personal information, use inquiry information for behavioral advertising, or provide inquiry information to data brokers. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the website, or establish or defend legal claims.

Retention

Tarelva retains inquiry information while it is reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain necessary business records, recover or verify notification delivery, resolve disputes, address abuse or security events, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Records should be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to backup, provider, legal, and security constraints. Retention therefore depends on the purposes and constraints described above rather than a single fixed period for every record.

Security

Tarelva uses technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include server-side secret handling, restricted database access, input validation, abuse controls, and delivery-state records. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure, and Tarelva does not claim a security certification through this policy.

Privacy choices and requests

For privacy-related questions or requests for access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email founder@tarelva.com. Tarelva may need enough information to identify the relevant inquiry and verify that a request is legitimate before acting on it.

Children

The website and services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. Tarelva does not operate an age-verification system through this website.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or operating practices change.

For questions about this policy, email founder@tarelva.com. Do not send confidential source materials, credentials, or sensitive engineering information by email or through the initial inquiry form.
