TARELVA / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Terms of Use

These Terms describe the basic rules for using the Tarelva website, reading its content, and submitting a project inquiry.

Effective

This page explains the website and inquiry terms in plain language. Project-specific scope, rights, and responsibilities are agreed separately.

Website purpose

The website provides information about Tarelva's product-content services, examples, and educational material. The website itself is not a self-service rendering platform. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract.

Service status

Current services include commercial still imagery, 360° product presentation, and product video. Each current service is subject to source-fit review and an agreed project scope.

Planned capabilities

  • Interactive web 3D.
  • Channel content.
  • Service and parts content.

These capabilities remain planned and are not part of the current offer unless separately agreed. Planned capabilities do not have a promised availability date. Current service boundaries are described on the 3D product rendering, 360° product presentation, and Product Video pages.

Inquiries and projects

  • Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party.
  • Tarelva reviews source and project fit before accepting work.
  • Scope, deliverables, pricing, schedule, source transfer, approval terms, and other project conditions would be established separately.
  • No project begins merely because a form was submitted.

Customer materials and deliverables

You should submit or provide only material that you are authorized to share for the proposed work. Sending an inquiry or allowing Tarelva to review a public product page does not transfer ownership of your product information, trademarks, source files, or other materials to Tarelva.

Any accepted project's scope, source handling, confidentiality terms, review responsibilities, permitted uses, deliverable ownership or license, and third-party components will be set out in a separate agreement. The website does not replace those project terms.

Confidential and sensitive material

Do not send confidential source files, CAD files, passwords, proprietary attachments, export-controlled material, payment data, or sensitive technical data through the public inquiry form. A separate source-transfer process may be arranged after project fit is confirmed. The website does not claim that a secure upload portal is available.

Independent product studies

Examples labeled Independent product study demonstrate Tarelva's workflow. They are not client-commissioned projects unless explicitly stated otherwise. An independent study does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, a customer relationship, or a manufacturer relationship.

The Metal Tool Chest product study is presented on that basis.

Intellectual property

The website layout, original text, Tarelva branding, and original Tarelva-created materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party or open-licensed product assets and referenced materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights.

Nothing on this page claims ownership of the Metal Tool Chest source asset, Poly Haven materials or assets, third-party trademarks, customer source files, or open-source software.

Insights content

Insights articles are general informational material. They are not engineering certification, legal advice, financial advice, guarantees of manufacturing compatibility, or guarantees of commercial results. Read the Insights as practical context for questions to review, not as a substitute for product, technical, or legal judgment.

No guarantee of results

Website examples and educational material do not guarantee identical output for every product, sales performance, conversion improvement, search rankings, or compatibility of every source model. Separately agreed contractual obligations, if any, would be established in the applicable project documents.

Acceptable site use

  • Do not interfere with site operation.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit malicious content.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization.
  • Do not misuse the inquiry form for abuse or spam.

Third-party links and material

Third-party websites and materials may have their own terms, licenses, privacy practices, and availability. Tarelva is not responsible for external-site content or availability.

Changes to the website and these Terms

Website content, service descriptions, and these Terms may be updated. Tarelva does not promise permanent availability of any page or planned capability.

Website availability and responsibility

The website is provided for general information and may contain errors, become outdated, or be temporarily unavailable. You should not rely on general website material as a product specification, engineering certification, legal advice, or a substitute for project-specific review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarelva is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general website content or by access to a third-party website. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separately agreed project obligations remain governed by the applicable project documents.

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to founder@tarelva.com. Do not send confidential source materials, credentials, or sensitive engineering information through the initial inquiry form or by ordinary email.
